For the licensed insolvency practitioners whose licence end date reflects as 30 June 2024, please note that their existing licence continues to be in force until the date on which the licence is renewed or the renewal application is refused, pursuant to section 51(6) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018.

Update of Particulars

Section 54(3) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 requires a licensed insolvency practitioner to notify the Licensing Officer of any change in particulars within one week after the change is made.

Please update the change(s) via the Government’s GoBusiness Dashboard by clicking under "Licence Application" and "Amend Existing Licence". Please refer to our step-by-step Licence Application Guide for more information.

Cancellation of Insolvency Practitioner’s Licence

You may cancel your insolvency practitioner’s licence via the Government’s GoBusiness Dashboard. However, please ensure that you do not have any ongoing insolvency or debt restructuring cases under your care before submitting the cancellation request.
